- Customized or personalized items require an additional delay. The manufacturing time is indicated on each product sheet.
- Some products are manufactured and shipped on order by a European production partner.
- An order comprising several different types of articles can be dispatched in several times.
- It is possible that customs fees will be charged, depending on the country you are in.
Returns and exchanges
- Returns and exchanges are possible within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Returned items must be in their original packaging.
- Return shipping costs for a return or exchange are the responsibility of the customer.
- The refund will be made upon receipt of the returned items.
